Jessi Mitchell is a trauma-informed and trauma resolution therapist who specializes in healing childhood wounds, grief & loss, somatic therapy, and reconnecting with spirituality. Her work is deeply compassionate, body-centered, and intuitive, helping clients process complex trauma, emotional pain, and spiritual disconnection in a safe, nurturing space.

As a queer-identifying therapist, Jessi is passionate about creating an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals. She understands the unique challenges of identity, belonging, and self-acceptance, offering a therapeutic environment where clients can explore and heal without fear of judgment. With a background in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed yoga, and somatic therapy, Jessi supports individuals who feel stuck in cycles of grief, dissociation, or unresolved trauma. Whether you are healing from childhood abuse, navigating a spiritual crisis, or struggling with PTSD, she helps you reconnect with yourself—mind, body, and soul.
