All About Blythe

Blythe Jakubowski is a highly trained Thomas Jefferson University Marriage and Family Therapy Intern therapist passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate self-discovery, emotional healing, and relational growth. She takes a systemic approach to therapy, exploring the family dynamics, societal pressures, and early life experiences that shape how clients relate to themselves and others.

With a background in attachment-based therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and somatic work, Blythe provides a warm and supportive space for clients to explore past wounds, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful change. She is especially drawn to working with individuals healing from childhood trauma, guiding them toward greater self-acceptance and healthier relationships.

In addition to her clinical training, Blythe is also a certified yoga teacher with a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection. She incorporates mindfulness and somatic awareness into her work, helping clients recognize how emotions are held in the body and how they can foster a greater sense of grounding, regulation, and self-compassion.
